This look really exciting! 
I seen many people looking for such an opportunity in programming.
I'm seriously considering this job since it look more exciting than my current one... or I could double up.
Ray, are you allowing college student to apply? My son is extremely creative and always get 120's on his creative essays. He's inspire to do more and create AE projects when a simple skit was required.
